Many of our team are working on the front-line helping the NHS with emergency dental care and advice for patients in the South West during the current Corona virus pandemic. At the same time, here at Bristol Dental Specialists, we have been working hard to find new and innovative ways in which we can offer care and support to existing patients while we observe the rules about social distancing that currently prevent us from seeing patients face to face.

One of these innovations is the launch of our new VIDEO Consultation service.  For existing patients in a course of treatment or who are concerned about any issue or emergency, you can now book a convenient appointment online. Please click here to view the appointment calendar.

VIDEO Consultations enable us to talk face to face with existing patients, carry out remote examinations and even help patients to perform safe DIY procedures to help with minor emergencies.

When you book your VIDEO Consultation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and SMS together with a helpful reminder 15 minutes before your appointment. Our system also makes it easy for you to re-schedule or cancel your appointment.

Our VIDEO Consultation service is also being used by new patients who want to discuss treatments such as teeth straightening and dental implants. Our Treatment Co-ordinator Rebecca Metcalfe can provide a FREE initial VIDEO Consultation where she will be able to discuss your wishes and concerns, assess your smile and suitability for treatment and discuss treatment options and a guide to costs. Based on this, she can then arrange a follow-up consultation with one of our specialists who can then provide a Treatment Plan with confirmed costs. Your Treatment Plan can be agreed in principle subject to a final face to face clinical consultation at the end of the Corona pandemic lock-down, so you can get a fantastic new smile as soon as possible after life returns to normal.
