OFFERS GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Periodically, this website may feature special offers, limited availability offers, or other forms of customer purchase incentives. While unlikely prior to any specified offer deadline, we retain the right to modify and/or withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice. In such cases, only completed sales related to any offer will be considered valid. The availability of any offers for an ongoing inquiry where a sale has not been finalized by the offer deadline will be at the discretion of the website owner. Additional specific terms and conditions for any offer will be provided in writing as part of the Treatment Plan proposal associated with the offer.

Certain treatments, such as Teeth Whitening, are exclusively available to patients aged 18 and above and are subject to clinical suitability. No replacement goods or equivalent monetary value will be offered to patients not deemed suitable for treatment in this instance.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

A cancellation fee will be applicable unless the practice receives at least 48 hours’ notice of an appointment cancellation, and a fee will be charged for any missed appointment unless a valid reason is provided.

CONSULTATIONS

A consultation appointment provides the patient and the clinician with an opportunity to discuss treatment and available options. No treatment is administered during a consultation. Occasionally, we may collect a refundable deposit upon booking your consultation appointment slot. This deposit can be paid via debit/credit card over the phone, through the website’s ‘book online’ link, or at the practice reception. If you attend your appointment and decide not to proceed with treatment, the deposit will be refunded upon request, which may take up to 10 working days to be credited back to your card. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the deposit can be refunded upon request with 24 hours’ notice. Alternatively, you can retain the deposit on your account with us as credit towards future treatments. Following your consultation, if you wish to schedule a treatment appointment slot, we may request an additional deposit.

TREATMENT APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS

To facilitate the booking of a treatment appointment, we kindly request a deposit, the amount of which will vary depending on the chosen treatment. The deposit constitutes part of your treatment cost, and you will be fully informed of this in advance of making an appointment.

REFUSAL OF TREATMENT

We retain the right to decline treatment where our clinicians deem it inappropriate for any reason, and the clinician’s decision is final in this regard.
