Refer your patients to Bristol Dental Specialists

Here at Bristol Dental Specialists, we have created a high quality referral focused dental Practice based on putting the needs, wishes and concerns of your patients first. We deliver the highest quality treatment possible ensuring that at all times, you are fully informed about progress and outcomes.

Referring a patient to us is easy and we offer several options:

You can refer safely and securely online using the link below (there are also links at the top and bottom of every page on this website)
Alternatively you can download a referral form below, print it out, complete and post it to us: Bristol Dental Specialists, 24 Berkeley Square, Bristol BS8 1HP
You can request a Personalised Referral Pack using the link below (your pack will contain pre-personalised referral forms and FREEPOST envelopes)
You can send an e-mail (please use an encrypted e-mail service for data privacy)
You can write a referral letter and send it to our Practice address: Bristol Dental Specialists, 24 Berkeley Square, Bristol BS8 1HP

Once we receive your referral, we will then contact the patient directly to make an appointment for consultation, keeping you informed of progress.

If you have any radiographs or photographs to support your referral, you can send them via encrypted e-mail to [email protected] or post them to us.

Our Referral Charter

We greatly value the trust and confidence you place in us to provide your patients with the best possible treatment and care. To support this, we have created a Referral Charter.

At all times, we will do our utmost to ensure that your patient receives the best specialist dental treatment and care.
We promise to treat your patient with respect throughout their journey at Bristol Dental Specialists.
We will respect at all times, the patient’s personal preferences and will never discriminate for age, gender reassignment, marital status, pregnancy, disability, race including colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
We will provide you with convenient options to refer patients and do our best to ensure that patient data is always stored safely and securely in accordance with relevant laws and guidelines.
We will keep you informed of any other required general treatment throughout your patients’ journey so they can arrange an appointment direcly with you.
We will not actively solicit the business of any referral patient beyond the scope of the referral work itself. In the rare case that a referral patient requests ongoing dental services from us, we will advise them to discuss the matter with you first and we will contact you to inform you of their request.
We will do all we can to help strengthen the professionalrelationship you have with your patient including highlighting the fact that we work in partnership with you and that you remain fully informed at all times.

Advice and support

Do you have questions or need advice or support for one of your patients?

We will be pleased to arrange a call or VIDEO consultation whichever is most helpful. We can even arrange a VIDEO call to include your patient and in this instance, will always act as your invited guest and reinforce your role as the primary dental care provider.
